Public Comments Period
The Board of Trustees values input from the Lisbon community and includes two public comment periods, one after the call to order and another before the close of each meeting.
The first public comment period is limited to a total of thirty (30) minutes, unless extended by the Board. Each person wishing to speak during the first public comment period will be limited to five (5) minutes.
The second public comment period will be limited to a total of fifteen (15) minutes, unless extended by the Board. Each person wishing to speak during the second public comment period will be limited to three (3) minutes.
Written public comments may be sent to the library’s address by 3 pm on the day of the meeting (to be read during the first comment period) or handed to the Library Director during the meeting (to be read at the final public comment period).
All individuals submitting public comment, in whatever format, must provide their full legal name and physical address for public record.
